(below abbreviated as “Label touch” or “We/Us”), (below as “Label touch Software”, including but not limited to the free and purchased versions of Label touch software, with versions in various languages and operating systems and platforms) and the services provided by Label touch. Label touch Privacy Policy (below as “this policy”) describes when you are using Label touch software and services, why and how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information, and the extent of these actions. It further provides channels for your inquiries and corrections, and clarifies what would happen if you refuse to provide your personal information.

Any actions including downloading part of or full software, installing, opening, log in, browsing, using Label touch software or services, will mean that you have agreed Label touch to process your personal information according to this privacy policy. If you have any questions, suggestions, or advices regarding this privacy policy, please contact us via the channels provided by this policy.

I.How we collect and use your personal information

Personal Information is defined as the various information that recognizes a particular natural person’s activities, through itself or combining with other information, recorded by electronic or other measures.

Label touch will only collect and use your personal information for the reasons described in this policy.

a.Use Label touch’s products or services

During your use of Label touch’s products and services, for the normal operation of Label touch products and services, you may need to provide us the information below: the geographic environment and position information, device property information (such as: hardware model, operating system version, device configuration, Unique Device Identifier UDI, International Mobile Equipment Identity IMEI, Media Access Control address MAC, etc.), device connection information (type of browser, language used), and device status information. In order to provide integrated service on your different Label touch devices, we may link your personal operating information with the information from your use of Label touch software and services. We may link your device information with your Label touch service account.

b.You fully acknowledge that, under circumstances described below, we are not required to obtain your authorization to collect and use your personal information:

1.Related to national security or national defense;

2.Related to public safety, public health, or significant public interest;

3.Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, judicial trial, and enforcement of judgement;

4.For protecting significant legal rights and interests regarding life or wealth of the subject of the personal information or other person, but difficult to acquire personal approval;

5.The personal information collected is published to public by the subject itself;

6.The personal information is collected through legitimate public information disclosure, such as through legitimate news report, government information disclosure, etc.;

7.Needed to sign agreement according to your requirements;

8.Needed for the maintenance of the provided products or services, for their safe and stable operation, such as discovering and troubleshooting the products or services’ malfunction;

9.When needed in academic research and statistics for public interest, and when the results are being publicly provided or described, the personal information included in the results are being de-identified;

10.Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

Your personal information may include sensitive private information, such as your ethnic, religious belief, personal health condition, gender identification information, etc. When you are using our products or services, it is possible that you will upload or publish this sensitive information through public channels, please deal with this information with caution.

Following the updates and upgrades of our products and services, we may adjust the types of collected personal information described in this policy. When the new functions and services are related to the currently provided functions and service, the collected and used personal information will have direct or reasonable relevance to the original purpose of information use. When the information is used in circumstances that have no direct and reasonable relevance to the original purpose of information use, or for other purposes not specified in this policy, or the information collected for certain purpose is being used for other purpose, we will inform or acquire your pre-approval through updating this policy or the privacy notice on the relevant product page. If this information is a sensitive private information, we will acquire your personal approval.

c.Device Access Permission

1.Camera Access: To take photo, or scan barcode to acquire information to display on the user interface for client’s use.

2.Storage Access: to read local files, store files, modify the files, and to import information from the document for print

3.Position Access: to search for the printer’s Bluetooth serial number

4.Network Access: to ask for network information acquirement

5.Bluetooth Access: to accomplish Bluetooth pair with the printer, connection and printing.

II.How we use cookie and similar technology

a.To ensure the normal operation of the website, we will store small data file named “cookie” on your mobile device. Cookie usually includes identifier, site name, and some numbers and characters. With the help of cookie, the website can verify your identification information, ensure safety for data and services, to provide better product and service for you.

We will not use cookie for any purposes other than described by this policy. If your browser or the browser’s additional service allows, you may manage or delete cookie according to your own preference. For details please check https//www.aboutcookies.org/. You may delete all the cookie stored on your computer. Most internet browsers have functions to prevent cookie. But if you do so, you will need to manually change user settings every time when you access our website.

b.Technology similar to cookie

In the mobile client side of the Label touch software, we use mobile analysis software, to better understand Label touch software’s function in your mobile phone. This software may record information such as: the frequency you use the app, the events happening within the app, accumulated use, performance data, and the crash position within the app. Label touch does not link the information chain stored within the analysis software to any of your personal information submitted in Label touch software’s mobile client side.

III.How we use SDK

To provide and optimize our service, third-party SDK may be embedded into our app. The third-party SDK may collect your information, when helping us to provide more comprehensive services to you.

IV.Methods and extents that we use the collected personal information

Label touch and other subjects that we deem necessary to receive this information may use your personal information collected by Label touch through or unto ways described below:

1.To provide Label touch software or services to you.

2.To help Label touch develop and design new products and services, or to improve and upgrade our current products and service.

3.Make Label touch and other subjects that we deem necessary to receive these information to better understand how you access and use Label touch software and service, so to target and respond to your personalized needs, such as language setting, position setting, personalized help service and directions, or to respond on other aspects related to you or other users.

4.On the premise that the user’s private data not being disclosed, allowed (or authorize third-party, including but not limited to domestic or international legal person, organization, agency) to perform technical maintenance or analysis to the whole user database, and to engage in commercial utilization (including but not limited to publish, analysis, or other ways that uses user data information such as amount of visits, time of visits, user preference, etc.).

5.Part of the AI services, provided by Label touch or by third-party partners, through Label touch software and services, on the premise of acquiring your pre-approval (your consent on uploading data and files will be deemed as your consent on Label touch collecting your uploaded data and files), will collect your uploaded data and file. The gathering and reading method applied to these data and files may include machine reading and human reading; in the meantime, in order to make this service better suit your personal preference and needs, Label touch will make characteristic labels for you based on our understanding of the referred and read content. Nonetheless, Label touch will take safety means and technical measures to protect your personal information, and will perform de-identification to these data and files to technical measures, to lower the risk of other organization or person recognizing your identity through de-identified personal information.

6.Label touch has the right to utilize your personal information to perform general and anonymous statistical analysis upon the use of Label touch software and service, the result data can be used by Label touch and other subjects that we deem necessary to receive this information for the purpose bound by this policy. In the meantime, Label touch may share this statistical information with the public, in order to demonstrate the general trends of use of Label touch software and service. But this statistical information will not contain any identifiable personal information.

7.Label touch will perform big data analysis with the collected personal information of yours. Label touch may publish and share the big data analysis information with collaborating third-party. The information will not contain any identifiable information.

a.Transfer

Label touch will not transfer your personal information to any corporation, organization, or individual, except for:

3.Should Label touch or Label touch’s affiliated companies are involved into transactions such as merge, separation, liquidation, purchase or sale of asset or business, your personal information may be transferred as a part of this kind of transactions. Label touch will ensure the confidentiality of this information during the transfer, and demand the company or organization who then holds the information to continue to be bound by this privacy policy. Otherwise, Label touch will request this company or organization to request for your authorization again.

1.Having acquired your explicit consent.

2.Under compulsive demand from law and regulation, legal procedure, litigation, or competent government authority.

3.Except when having acquired authorization when share, transfer, and publish personal information.

You acknowledge and approve, sharing and transferring the de-identified personal information, and make sure that the data receiver cannot recover or re-identify the subject of personal information, will not constitute as an action that shares, transfers, or publishes personal information; the storage and process of this information does not require noticing or acquiring your consent.

VI.How we protect and store your personal information

a.Your personal information collected by Label touch through Label touch software and service may be stored and processed at the location of Label touch and its affiliated company, or at other subjects that we deem necessary to receive this information. Label touch will only store your personal information during the undergoing purpose as described by this policy and demanded by law and regulation.

b.We will adopt any reasonable and enforceable measures to ensure the personal information is unrelated to mobile phones. Label touch will strictly observe the laws and regulations regarding collection, use, storage, and share of user’s personal information as established in Mainland China. We use various safety technology and programs, to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized read and disclosure of information. Due to the continuous development of technology, our protection measures applied to information safety may be evaded or circumvented by outside causes. Therefore, we provide reasonable guarantee toward information safety within the extent of law.

c.Should an unfortunate information safety incident take place, we will inform you in time as demanded by law and regulation: the basic situation of the safety incident and its possible influence, the treatment measure we have or will implement, the advice for your self-prevention action and lowering risk, and our remedy measures to you. We will timely inform you the related situation through mail, letter, or phone call. When it is difficult to inform the subjects of personal information one by one, we will publish announcement in a reasonable and effective way.

We pay high attention to the protection of under-age user’s information. Label touch will not intentionally collect or request personal information from users under 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, please do not send your personal information to Label touch. In the meantime, before using Label touch software and service, please acquire prior permission from your parents or legal guardian. We suggest that your parents or guardian read this policy carefully, and advice that you use Label touch software and service under direction of your parents or guardian. Once you download, install, log in or use any part or entire part of Label touch software or service in any way, it will mean that your parents or legal guardian has agreed that you can use Label touch software or service and agree with the full content of this policy, and permits Label touch collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information according to this policy. If parents or guardian as reason to believe that an under-age person has submitted personal information to Label touch without their prior permission, please contact Label touch to ensure this information is deleted.

We do not take any legal responsibility for the occurrence of events listed below：

1.Personal information leak caused by you informing or sharing your personal account to others due to your personal reasons.

2.Some services in Label touch software are provided by third-party who collaborates with Label touch or its affiliated company. The service provided by third-party is bound by service clauses and personal information protection policy established and published by the third-party (and not this policy). You need to read their clauses carefully. This policy only applies to any information collected by Label touch, and does not apply to any service provided by a third-party or its information use rules. Label touch does not take any responsibility for any information used by a third-party and provided by you.

3.Any temporary service suspension caused by hacker attack, computer virus invasion, or government control.

4.Any consequences caused by force majeure.

5.Label touch publishes personal information with prior authorization acquired from you.

6.According to related laws and regulations, demanded by competent government authority or securities exchange to provide or publish your personal information.

7.To preserve public interest and thus providing or publishing your personal information.

8.To preserve Label touch’s legal right and interest and thus providing or publishing your personal information.

9.Any leak of your personal information not caused by Label touch.

X.This policy’s extent of application

1.This policy applies to all versions of Label touch software and all subsidiary services included in Label touch’s service. If a particular version of Label touch software or a particular subsidiary service has special rule regarding the collection of information, it must both apply to that special rule and this policy; if that special rule has inconsistency with this polcy, that special rule applies.

2.Please pay attention, this policy does not apply to product and service provided by third-party. Label touch software and service may include third-party product or service, and link to third-party’s website. When you use these products or services, your information may be collected. Therefore, it is strongly advised that you read that third-party’s privacy policy, just like reading this policy. Label touch does not take responsibility for how the third-party uses their collected personal information of yours, and cannot control how its being used. This policy does not apply to any other website linked in Label touch software and service.

XI.Applicable laws

1.We pay high attention to the safety of your personal data, and will use appropriate safety measures to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure.

2.If you are a resident of the State of California, we adopt this notice to observe California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), any terms defined in CCPA contains the same meaning as used in this notice.

CCPA gives California consumers “The right to know about the personal information a business collects about them and how it is used and shared;” and the rights to access and control personal information. CCPA has defined “personal information” as “information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you or your household”. To protect the personal information of our client, we need to verify your identity first, and then we can take action according to your request. According to laws, we may have reasons to not observe your request, or we may observe it in a way more limited than you expected. If we do so, we will explain in the reply back to you.

c.Residents of California have the right to request us to provide the information of a third-party who, for the purpose of direct marketing, that we have disclosed some categories of personal information to them. To make a request, please send your request according to the illustration included in the “how to submit a request” below.

d.We will not discriminate against you for executing any rights granted by CCPA. Unless permitted by CCPA, we will not:

Charge different price or rate for goods or service, including giving discounts or other benefits, or impose penalty.

Provide different grade or quality for goods or service.

Advice that you may receive different price or rate for goods or service, or different grade or quality for goods or service.

But, we may provide you some finance incentive programs permitted by CCPA, these incentives may cause different price, rate, or quality level. Any finance incentive program provided by us will correspond to the reasonable value of your personal information, and will include written clauses regarding important aspects of the program. To take part in a finance incentive program needs your prior agreement, you may revoke that agreement at any time.

Label touch considers that the subjects who are necessary to receive this information, as described in policy, include the employees of Label touch and other individual, institute, or organization that Label touch deems necessary. You acknowledge and agree that Label touch collects your personal information through Label touch software and service, and Label touch is allowed to disclose it to subjects who are necessary to receive this information, but Label touch pledges that the subjects who are necessary to receive this information can only use this information for the purpose as bound by this policy.
